TweakGiveAway is the first website which allow you to in free licenses of paid Cydia Tweak, Apps and Themes. To win a license, you just have to participate to a giveaway. To participate, you will always need to have a twitter account because you will have to tweet a message, follow @TweakGiveAway and the developer who give free licenses and post a comment on the giveaway with your tweet’s link and with a nice message
